REFUND POLICY FOR SACRED SPIRIT WEAVERS

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on wool, felting kits, and needle felting supplies only. All sales for handmade items, online courses, and workshops are final. See terms below.

For any return requests, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and contain all items in the original shipment. Ship items back within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt, I will refund your original order less a $5 handling and processing fee. Sacred Spirit Weavers does not refund the cost of shipping a returned item.

DIGITAL COURSES AND ONLINE PROGRAMS: NO REFUND POLICY

All sales for digital courses, online programs, and course bundles are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase has been made.

Because our digital courses are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to another course or season. This policy applies to all Sacred Spirit Weavers courses including The Sanctuary Journey, all Archetype Courses, and any course and kit bundles.

We encourage you to read all course descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a course is right for you, please contact us at jerri@jerrishelton.com before completing your purchase.

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS: REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to limited seating, all sales are final. I understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible and I will offer you a spot in an upcoming workshop for half price.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Handmade or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Digital courses and online programs

MEDICINE DOLLS

All handmade and custom made sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I may ask you to send a photo of the damage. A claim with the post office may be filed if necessary. I will repair your item as soon as possible and return it to you promptly. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please wrap gently and carefully with tissue paper, packing peanuts, small bubble wrap, or crinkle paper to avoid further damage as these items are very delicate. Sacred Spirit Weavers LLC is not responsible for lost packages.

Please note that animals are often attracted to wool. Please handle and store your handmade items gently and with care as certain areas may be fragile.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All content created and published by Sacred Spirit Weavers is the exclusive intellectual property of Jerri Lynn Shelton and Sacred Spirit Weavers LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

  • All course content, lessons, teachings, and materials

  • The SoulCraft Art© framework and methodology

  • The Council of Eight Archetype framework

  • All written content, graphics, images, and videos

  • The Medicine Doll practice as taught within Sacred Spirit Weavers courses

  • All archetypal descriptions, characterizations, and frameworks developed by Jerri Lynn Shelton

Unauthorized use of any Sacred Spirit Weavers content is strictly prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or share any content from Sacred Spirit Weavers courses, programs, or website without the prior written consent of Jerri Lynn Shelton.

Course materials are licensed for your personal use only. They are not to be shared, forwarded, redistributed, taught, or repurposed in any form without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorized use of Sacred Spirit Weavers intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
