The four Archetype Courses offer a Self Reflective Solo Journey into the medicine and wisdom of two specific inner guides from the Council of Eight, paired with the sacred creative practice of needle felting your own Medicine Spirit Doll.
The Sanctuary Journey is a full seasonal immersion, guiding you on a deeply self-engaged Fall and Winter journey through two directions on the always turning Medicine Wheel of Life. Held across six months with live community, weekly teachings, archetypal self study and embodiment, and your Medicine Spirit Doll, expressed through the artistic medium of your choice, at the center.
Both begin in the same place.

A focused journey into the medicine of two inner guides
Each archetype course pairs two members of the Council of Eight for an immersive exploration of their medicine, their shadows, their gifts, and the living creative practice of your Medicine Spirit Doll. These are not short introductions. They are deep dives into the archetypal energies already alive within you, designed to help you recognize them, understand them, and embody their wisdom through your own heart and creative expression.
Each course includes:

The Reclaimer & Rainbow Woman
For the woman who has been silent too long and is ready to burn bright again. Meet The Reclaimer and Rainbow Woman, two powerful archetypes who carry the medicine of sovereign fire and luminous wholeness. This course will guide you home to your own voice, your own light, and the full spectrum of who you actually are.
Skeleton Woman & The Hedge Witch
For the woman who has been undone and is ready to come home to herself. Meet Skeleton Woman and The Hedge Witch, two powerful archetypes who carry the medicine of the sacred descent and sovereign return. This course will guide you through the bones of what is true, back to the woman you have always been underneath everything else.
Great Nurturer & Medicine Woman
A journey of self-discovery for the woman who is extraordinarily good at giving and has almost never practiced receiving. Through archetypal exploration, guided reflection, and the sacred art of needle felting, you'll meet The Great Nurturer, and The Medicine Woman. Together they carry you from depletion to replenishment, and guide you in making a Medicine Doll.
bone Keeper & thread Weaver
For the woman who has lost the thread and is ready to remember what she has always known. Meet The Bone Keeper and Thread Weaver, two powerful archetypes who carry the medicine of ancestral wisdom and visionary integration. This course will guide you back to the ground beneath your feet and the pattern that has been running through your life all along.
The Sanctuary Journey
THE DESCENT - Begins September 19
A guided Fall and Winter journey through the West and North directions of the Medicine Wheel of Life. You will walk with four archetypal inner guides through honest release, tending what lives beneath the surface, deep winter steadiness, and personal integration. Weekly lessons, Live, interactive Sanctuary Talking Circles, and the sacred practice of your Medicine Spirit Doll hold you steady throughout the full arc of the season.
This is not something you add to your life. It changes how you move through the life you already have.
