The Inner Healer is the part of you who knows that true healing cannot be outsourced. She emerged in your early years. Often unnoticed. Carrying both your capacity to survive and your quiet instinct to transform.

She lives in the Eastgate of your soul. The place of beginnings, insight, and breath. She is air and spirit. She witnesses without fixing. She listens before acting. Her medicine is subtle. Catalytic.

She is not the rescuer. She is the integrator. The rememberer. She is the part of you that whispers: "Nothing outside of you can do what you haven’t yet claimed within."
