This is not about pushing forward or forcing change, but about slowing down enough to recognize what is already stirring within you and choosing what you want to grow from that place.

Inside this 10 week journey, you are guided through teachings, reflections, and creative practices that help you reconnect with your sense of self, explore where your belonging was first shaped, and begin forming new intentions rooted in truth and authenticity. You are given a steady rhythm to follow, language for what you are experiencing, and a supportive space where you can move through change without overwhelm.

The course is designed as an inward, self-paced experience, with optional weekly Talking Circles that offer connection, reflection, and real-time support. You are free to move at your own pace while still being held within a consistent and meaningful container.
