I am a certified RESTART ® Instructor and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and am qualified to lead you through this proven program which is all laid out for you and incorporated into your nutritional package when you decide to work with me. You do not have to figure it out by yourself, and perfection is never required. This is not a promise of a quick fix. RESTART ® is a personal journey of self-discovery with tools you can use to self-manage your weight and other health related symptoms and realize a better quality of life.

What You Will Learn:
Week 1: How to prepare mentally, physically and emotionally for the upcoming change. You’ll get a ‘What to Eat & What to Avoid’ foods list so that you can clean out your pantry and start planning and prepping for the upcoming changes to your diet. Don’t worry. The foods list is extensive and you’ll be amazed at how much you really can eat and feel great. You won’t feel deprived or hungry. I promise!
Week 2: Healthy Digestion is critical and the foundation to your success. Learn how digestion works and how to optimize yours to get the most out of a healthy diet. Did you know that 80% of your immune function lies in your digestive system?
Week 3: What Sugar REALLY does to your body. Learn how your body responds to excess sugar, how to recognize hidden sugars and how to bring blood sugar into balance so that you can get off the Sugar Roller Coaster.
Week 4: The truth about FATS. Fats have such a bad rap. It’s not the fat that is causing weight gain and high cholesterol. It’s the sugar! We need healthy fats in our diet for so many reasons, including to reduce inflammation and pain. Learn which fats to include and which one’s to avoid like the plague.
Week 5: YOU DID IT! We’ll review what we’ve learned and discuss how to move forward to continue your success and support your health. Learn how to re-introduce foods properly and how to stay in close communication with your body so that you continue to choose foods that truly support you.
